With over 15 years of experience in residential construction and as Managing Director since operation of We Build Australia, John has worked diligently to earn a stellar reputation within the industry for being able to create a unique building experience. John has been involved in the Australian property industry and having held roles in the construction team, building a relationship and creating luxury style homes to suit the needs of WBA clients. John can readily adapt to changing regulations and requirements within the industry. His strength lies in understanding the delicate balance required between delivering superior customer service and incorporating financial and social impacts. John gets involved with a project right from the beginning and form a relationship with you that extends well after completion, which is probably why most of our work comes from referrals.

Anthony Saade, a Managing Director with over 12 years of experience in both commercial and residential builds brings knowledge and personable skillset from his roles in carpentry with a qualification of builders licensing. Anthony has a creative and inspirational mindset in terms of business development and eager to solve any hurdles.

Anthony will be work with both clients and contractors ensuring all works is satisfied well above We Build Australia’s standard ensuring that all builds are proactive exceeding expectations. Anthony’s friendly approach allows him to facilitate longlasting relationships and create a rapport with both staff and committee members ensuring both cohesion and transparency. He has the confidence and the heart of every good relationship establishing long lasting business partnerships. He maintains a high level of industry knowledge through research, which enables We Build Australia to recommend and implement the latest building products and building approaches, bringing efficiencies and cost benefits to owners and developers.
